Art

This is Florida rapper XXXTentacion, who sadly passed away in 2018. As you can see, I’m a pretty big fan of him. A couple years ago, I decided to express my passion and respect for his music through drawings/paintings.

I even spent about 20 hours completing a drawing of him and famous singer Billie Eilish on my bedroom wall. For reference, the drawing is even taller than I am. I decided to include Billie because she’s my sister’s favourite artist.

These are some of my all time favourite pieces. The art with the planets was made using spray paint which I thought was a pretty interesting medium to use. The most noticeable artwork I have ever done is the one on my wall outside. I’ve only recently finished it and it has taken me +50 hours to create what you can see in this picture. The work includes some of my role models in life (most of them being rappers).

I’ve always loved art because even a simple drawing can incorporate so many deeper ideas. Here are some of my pieces which hold a much more profound meaning to what is actually shown in the image. They are all open to interpretation, however my inspiration behind the pieces were interesting.

I really wanted to find a way to make my room more lively in a fun way without having to buy anything or pin anything into the walls. Having some spare time during the summer, I decided the best way to do this was to paint my door using both spray paint and regular paint. I’ve also always found nature to be beautiful, so I love to incorporate that into some of my artwork.

I’ve recently started creating art on a tablet using Adobe Fresco. These pieces were actually all unpaid commissions requested by some of my friends. I was only given the theme of each drawing, the designs were up to me.

The 3rd one is a very important one for me as it is actually a tattoo design which I invented for one of my friends who wants to get it professionally done soon. He told me to represent his growth as a person from the hardships in his life to his new found level of maturity and mindfulness. I like this piece because it is also up to many different interpretations.
